To achieve this stability, especially for the humidity, complete processing lines are required and especially a system to control the pressure. For this reason, an air and water conditioning system was created. The thermal energy plant is situated on the roof. The air cooling production is made by a rotary screw compressor in the refrigeration power plant, an air condenser with axial fans and partial recovery of the heat. To keep the machine noise to a minimum there is a control condenser operated by the fan and the compressor speed. To guarantee the dehumidification capacity of the water refrigerator, the unit treatment operates between 6 and 1 degree celsius. The recuperator is used to partially heat the air undergoing the dehumidification process. The machine is equipped with its own control and protection system and communication with the system is centrally managed. Heat production: the hot water is produced in a gas condensing boiler with a modulating burner which regulates the air and gas flux.

The whole is formed by three industrial units and the tutor's house.
Unit number 1 has two double sized floors, while units number 2 and 3 are formed by only one floor. Each one has differents rooms, designed to hold different artistic events, and an administrative area composed of offices. Warehouse number 2 is used as a film set and warehouse number 3 is a multi-use hall with offices and audio and video rooms.
The tutor's house in Can Ricart is rehabilitated to hold temporary artists in residence.
